Why we built Trackline the way we built it
Sam Reyes started Trackline in 2011 after seven years inside a national garage door chain — watching the same pattern repeat: customers sold doors that did not meet Florida Building Code wind-load requirements, openers installed without UL 325 safety verification, emergency calls routed to a national call center that took 4-6 hours to dispatch a local tech, and HOA-restricted homes installed without pre-approval and then forced into expensive replacements.
