Why we built Apexline the way we built it
Sam Reyes started Apexline in 2007 after eight years inside two Columbus-area dealerships and a national chain — watching the same pattern repeat: customers upsold on repairs they did not need, free OBD scans handed out at parts stores being treated as diagnostics, ASE-uncertified techs assigned to complex engine and transmission work, and warranty claims fought over instead of honored.
Apexline was built around three commitments: ASE-certified technicians on every job (Blue Seal Shop), written estimates before any work begins, and the NAPA AutoCare 24/24 nationwide warranty as the baseline floor — not an upsell. Those commitments have not changed in 19 years, and they are why our average customer is a multi-vehicle, multi-decade relationship.
