Per-service pricing

Work outside the maintenance plan — diagnostics, brake jobs, transmission, electrical, fleet contracts — is quoted in writing before any work begins. Diagnostic fee credits to the repair.

Brake Service & Inspection

$150 – $900

Pad and rotor service, caliper inspection, fluid flush, and complete brake system road test. Anna captures the symptom (grinding, squealing, pulling) before scheduling so the tech rolls with the right parts.

Engine Diagnostics & Check-Engine Light

$95 – $2,500

OBD-II scan with DTC retrieval and freeze-frame data, component-level testing, and Identifix verified-fix cross-reference. Diagnostic fee credited to repair.

Transmission Service & Repair

$150 – $5,500

Transmission-specific scan, fluid service, valve body and solenoid repair, and remanufactured transmission installation with 12mo/12k warranty. Anna captures slipping/shifting symptoms before dispatch.

Oil Change & Routine Maintenance

Full synthetic or conventional oil change with OEM-spec filter, 21-point safety inspection, tire rotation, and multi-point digital inspection report texted to your phone.

Tire Service

$25 – $200 per tire

Battery & Electrical

Battery load test (under load, not just voltage), charging system test, parasitic draw diagnosis, and battery replacement with mfr-matched CCA and group size.

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts, and does it matter for my warranty?
We match parts to your situation. For vehicles still under a manufacturer warranty, we use OEM-equivalent parts that meet or exceed original specifications — this matters because using unqualified aftermarket parts on a warranted system can give a dealer grounds to deny a warranty claim. For vehicles outside the manufacturer warranty, we offer a choice: OEM parts for maximum fit and longevity, or quality aftermarket parts (NAPA, ACDelco, Motorcraft) that cost less and carry their own warranty. Anna will explain your options when you call about a specific repair.
How does the NAPA AutoCare nationwide warranty work?
