Why we built Shieldside the way we built it
Sam Reeves started Shieldside in 2006 after eight years working for a national chain and watching the same mistakes repeat: sub-contractors with mismatched training, service reports that said nothing, and customers who had no way to verify what was actually applied to their home.
Shieldside was built around three commitments: direct employees only, documentation on every visit, and a satisfaction guarantee that does not require a fight to redeem. Those commitments have not changed in 18 years.
