Built for service teams that need a stronger first response.
VantaWeb is one operating layer across the website, chatbot, forms, and front-desk workflow. Less tool fragmentation, clearer ownership, sharper customer experience.
Three principles, every release.
Clarity over complexity
The baseline offer is obvious: a premium website and chatbot first. Not a vague automation soup that takes a month to explain.
Operational rigor
When the AI front desk is added later, it needs clean handoffs, clear scope, and no fake promises. We don't ship features that quietly break.
Premium execution
The brand has to feel sharp enough that customers trust it before they ever call. Design is the first conversation you have with them.
One layer across website, chatbot, forms, and the front desk.
Most service businesses stitch four or five tools together — a site builder, a chat widget, a form provider, an answering service, a CRM. We collapse that surface into a single operating layer so the data, the brand, and the handoffs all stay coherent.
If your response quality shapes your brand, the website and chatbot deserve to feel premium too.— vantaweb operating principle
We optimize around booked work, not vanity metrics.
Form fills aren't the goal. Booked, paid jobs are. We're allergic to dashboards that decorate. Expanded capabilities — voice, voicemail recovery, after-hours coverage — get added only when they genuinely drive revenue.
About the founder
Hunter Spence spent four years at Accenture in infrastructure transformation and holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential. While helping enterprise clients move workloads to the cloud, he kept running into the same thing: small service businesses — HVAC contractors, plumbers, dentists, veterinarians — were still losing jobs because calls hit voicemail and callers hung up. The tech to fix it existed. Nobody had packaged it for a $1M-revenue shop.
Enterprise SaaS solved the problem for businesses with $10M+ revenue. Below that threshold, every option was either too expensive, too generic, or required an IT team to run it.
VantaWeb fills that gap. Anna, the AI receptionist, answers every inbound call 24/7, qualifies the lead, books the job into your existing scheduling system, and routes genuine emergencies to your on-call dispatcher. Anna runs on a proprietary low-latency voice stack — the same class of performance-tuned voice infrastructure enterprises pay six figures to integrate, deployed at a flat monthly rate a one-truck business can afford.
Hunter is based in Florida. VantaWeb is built for service businesses across the US and is now onboarding its first operators, running on Cloudflare's edge.
Anna runs on Claude — Anthropic’s frontier AI. VantaWeb is an official Claude Partner Network member, giving customers access to enterprise-grade AI performance backed by Anthropic’s safety and reliability standards.
