How the math works
Annual revenue at risk = average job value × missed calls per week × 52. This assumes every missed call would have converted — a ceiling, not a floor. Realistic close rates for HVAC run 36-55% (Invoca 2024); for roofing 30-45%. Apply your actual close rate mentally for a conservative read.
Anna capture rate: 70%. AI receptionists recover 65-75% of missed calls (after-hours + overflow). The remaining 25-30% are complex dispatching situations that still need a human.
