New residential irrigation installs start with a zone map. We design head selection — rotors for large turf areas, fixed sprays for tight beds, drip lines for foundation plantings — and pair the system with a smart controller (Rachio Pro, Hunter Hydrawise, or Rain Bird LNK Wi-Fi) for water-efficient scheduling based on local weather and evapotranspiration.

Spring startup and fall blowout are scheduled annually on the customer record. Startup includes controller reprogramming, head inspection, leak check, and zone-by-zone test. Blowout uses compressed air to evacuate water from the system before freeze damage occurs.

For drainage correction, we install French drains, regrading, channel drains, and downspout extensions to redirect water away from foundations and plant beds. Williamson County stormwater management requirements are followed for properties subject to local regulations.
