Lawn care and mowing programs in Nashville — recurring contracts that fit your lot and schedule

An overgrown lawn signals neglect to neighbors, lowers curb appeal, and — for HOA properties — generates compliance notices. Homeowners want a reliable recurring crew, not a one-time cut they have to chase down each week.

Our mowing program runs March through November. Bi-weekly visits work for established Bermuda and zoysia lawns; weekly visits are recommended for tall fescue (cool-season grass that grows rapidly through spring and fall). Each visit includes mow, edge, sidewalk and driveway blow, and either bagging or mulching at the customer's preference.

Pair mowing with our fertilization and weed control program — pre-emergent in late February, broadleaf post-emergent in April, slow-release fertilizer in May, summer crabgrass intervention in July, fall fertilizer in October, and winterizer in November. Fall aeration and overseeding renovates compacted, thinning lawns; we core-aerate then overseed with the appropriate species for your soil and sun exposure.

Lawn Care & Mowing Programs — common questions

Bi-weekly or weekly mowing — what fits my lawn?
Weekly is recommended for tall fescue lawns (cool-season, grows fast in spring/fall). Bi-weekly works for established Bermuda and zoysia. We assess at enrollment and recommend based on grass type, sun exposure, and your aesthetic preference.
Do you charge extra for fertilization?
Yes — fertilization and weed control is a separate program from mowing. Most customers bundle both for simplicity. The full season fert + weed program runs $400-$900 depending on lot size; we quote in writing before enrolling.
What is overseeding and when should I do it?
Overseeding in fall (mid-September through mid-October in Middle Tennessee) renovates thin or patchy lawns by introducing new seed into existing turf. Pair with core aeration for best results — the aeration plugs create soil contact for the seed. Cost runs $300-$800 for residential lawns.
Can I skip a week if my lawn is not growing fast?
For bi-weekly customers, yes — we can skip during dormancy without a charge. Weekly customers may also skip during summer heat dormancy. Just let us know via Anna or text and we adjust the schedule.
